Refunds (if applicable) Any mechanical problems with the Unit will fall under the standard 1 Yr Warranty and we will assume the cost to fix/ the problem. Reasons Otherwise, Refund Requests can be made within (30 days) of purchase. They can only be given if the product is kept in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NOT USED. Return Shipping Cost is paid by the buyer. We may require a 10% Re-stocking Fee to cover our handling expenses to re-package the Unit if nothing is wrong with it. If a Refund is requested PRIOR to shipping; we waive the re-stock fee. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received /inspected your item. If approved for refund, we'll release payment. If rejected, we will contact you and discuss options. We will always try to work with everyone the best we can.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective by manufacturer or damaged during shipping (1 month). Please see Warranty Information for ( non-wear ) parts coverage. ( Usually 1 Year). You can contact us at megavoltcycles@gmail.com to discuss your situation and we'll see what we can do to help.
